On rare occasions there are packages that will be scanned as "delivered" through USPS, even though they are nowhere to be found. We have seen a slight increase in the number of mis-delivered packages as mail carriers fill in for one another, subs run unfamiliar routes and deliver an increased number of packages during certain parts of the year, especially during high volume holiday shipping seasons.
In our recent experience, 9/10 packages turned up after a few days. However, if your package does not show up, and you purchased the Delivery Guarantee for your order, please proceed to our website to file a claim.
If you're package does not turn up after 3-4 days of being marked delivered, and you did not purchase the Delivery Guarantee, please contact us.
You must contact us within seven days of the order being marked as delivered to open up a claim.
