On rare occasions there are packages that will be scanned as "delivered" through USPS, even though they are nowhere to be found. We have seen a slight increase in the number of mis-delivered packages as mail carriers fill in for one another, subs run unfamiliar routes and deliver an increased number of packages during certain parts of the year, especially during high volume holiday shipping seasons. Our policy is to wait 3-4 business days from the date a package says it was delivered (but was not) to reach out to USPS and open a ticket.
In our recent experience, 9/10 packages turned up, but if you still aren't able to locate your package after a few days, please contact us.
You must contact us within seven days of the order being marked as delivered to open up a claim.
