The fastest way to submit your repair is to visit our returns portal:

1. Just enter your EMAIL ADDRESS or POSTAL CODE and ORDER NUMBER. Then click the LOOK IT UP button. If you don't have your order number, search "Grayling Jewelry" in your email inbox and spam folder. If you still need assistance please respond to this email, a member of our team will get back to you at our soonest availability.
2. Print and include a copy of the Repair Form below and fill out the information to include in the package.
3. Remember to pad and pack the item securely with adequate shipping material (jewelry is often stolen from plain/thin envelopes).
Unless you have a Priority Pre-Paid Label, please do not use a USPS Priority Mailer.
We are usually able to fix an item for a little-to-no cost, and we promise to be fair! You'll hear from us once we take a look! :)
