If you’re not 100% delighted with your Grayling purchase, we offer both exchanges and full store credit within 90 days (issued via gift card) from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn and in the brand new condition as the day your item(s) were shipped.
In certain instances, we may not allow returns and exchanges of jewelry with signs of use or that are damaged for reasons not due to our error. We promise to be reasonable and fair, but may occasionally refuse exchanges that abuse the aforementioned policies.
Exchanges are currently free within the U.S.A.

If you still need assistance please respond to this email, a member of our team will get back to you at our soonest availability.
You will find everything you need right there, including an option for a pre-paid return label. Package your item securely with adequate shipping material (jewelry is often stolen from plain/thin envelopes).
All exchanges are issued a digital Grayling Gift Card.
Grayling Gift Cards are valid online and in store and do not expire.
Unless you have a Priority Pre-Paid Label, please do not use a USPS Priority Mailer. Grayling will not pay extra postage and your package will be returned to you or the fee will be deducted from your refund.
