To exchange a gift you will need the EMAIL ADDRESS or POSTAL CODE and ORDER NUMBER from the original purchaser. You may reach out to us with the name or email of the original purchaser and we can locate the order number for you. Just shoot us an email at support@graylingjewelry.com

Just enter your EMAIL ADDRESS or POSTAL CODE and ORDER NUMBER. Then click the LOOK IT UP button. You will find everything you need right there, including an option for a pre-paid return label. You will be able to enter your return address after you select your gift card.
Please note: You will receive a gift card with the amount for your exchange and you can use that to place your order online or in-store.
Please package your item securely with adequate shipping material (jewelry is often stolen from plain/thin envelopes).Exchanges are currently free within the U.S.A.
International customers please note: we do not reimburse for international return shipping.
Unless you have a Priority Pre-Paid Label, please do not use a USPS Priority Mailer. Grayling will not pay extra postage and your package will be returned to you or the fee will be deducted from your refund.
